This is a hit with the family. We all love it.  It makes for a great side dish.

Ingredients

3 tbsp – I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter

2 cloves – garlic

4 slices - bread

Method

Bring the butter to room temperature.

Using a garlic press crush the garlic and stir into the butter.

Heat a pan. Butter the bread slices on both sides.

Toast on both sides and serve hot.

Notes

If you want to make a whole loaf of garlic bread, there are two ways of doing it.

You could butter the slices and arrange them in a cookie sheet. Grill under the broiler for a minute on each side.

You could also butter the slices and arrange them back in a loaf, wrap the whole loaf with foil and bake in an over at 375o for about 5- 10 min.
