This is a super easy recipe and makes for a great snack.

Ingredients

Paneer – ½ lb
Bisquick baking mix – ½ cup
Buttermilk – ¼ cup

Method

Preheat the oven to 3750.

Cut the paneer into slices about half a centimeter in thickness. You could also cut them into sticks.

Make a batter by mixing the bisquick and buttermilk. It should be reasonably thick.

Coat the paneer slices with the batter and arrange on a pregreased baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for about 8 min. The batter should be set firm by now. Brush the cutlets with oil on top and bake for another 5 min. This gives them a nice golden brown color. You could also use spray on the oil or used flavored butter.

Remove and cool slightly before serving.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
