Chicken and Strawberries

Today I added some vibrant colors to Aditya’s lunchbox. Luscious red strawberries and gorgeous green broccoli compliment each other beautifully. I also added some home fried chicken and pretzels from the local whole foods store. Usually these are all of Aditya’s favorites.

Yesterday evening I made some dinner rolls and they were absolutely heavenly. I has substituted light sour cream instead of the butter. I guess that did the trick. There were the best dinner rolls I have ever made.

This is a super easy recipe and makes for a great snack.

Paneer – ½ lb
Bisquick baking mix – ½ cup
Buttermilk – ¼ cup
